FAQ

Q: How will the integration of Air France and KLM procurement domains under 'One Procurement' impact our existing contractual agreements?
A: "One Procurement" is designed to streamline processes without altering existing contractual agreements. All current contracts remain in effect as they are, and we are committed to honoring the terms and conditions previously established. Any future changes or updates will be communicated well in advance, with the goal of simplifying contract management.

Q: Will there be any changes in the point of contact or communication channels for our procurement-related inquiries or concerns?
A: With the launch of "One Procurement," there may be some changes to points of contact as we align under the new structure. However, these changes will be communicated directly to you along with clear guidelines on whom to reach out to for various inquiries. Our goal is to ensure continuity in service and support, so we will provide a transition period with both old and new contacts available to facilitate communication. Don’t hesitate to browse the new One Procurement Intranet to get some answers to questions.

Q: Will there be any changes in the invoicing or payment processes, and how will these changes be communicated and implemented?
A: For the time being, invoicing and payment processes will remain the same. If any changes occur, they will be rolled out gradually, and we will provide detailed instructions and support to ensure a seamless transition. Rest assured, any updates will be communicated well in advance, with all necessary resources and training to ensure compliance with the new processes.

Q: What support and resources will be provided to partners to adapt to the changes introduced by 'One Procurement’?
